"I can definitely say that I've found the Online Service very useful… I also find it quick and easy to look back to find fixes for some of the requests that I know I've logged before and were easily fixed. My response time has definitely not slowed down, all of my queries are solved quite quickly and I like that I can add updates or comments as it progresses. I think one of the more useful things about it is that I can see which service requests are still open and whether or not it's because the help desk is still working on it or whether it's because I haven't run the fix yet"
